NCR are a global tech company. They run the everyday transactions that make your life easier. NCR are the world leaders in consumer transaction technologies, turning everyday interactions with businesses into exceptional experiences.
We staged a two day photoshoot in NCR offices - using 12 employees generating over 400 photographs – images NCR can use however and whenever they like.
The current NCR website used only stock bought photography – and it felt staged, unatural as the pictures weren't NCR employees. Candidates are savvy these days and recognise these are not 'real' so make assumptions about a workplace and the authenticity of NCR's message based on such images. Our photography was of NCR employees, at work, engaged in work or with others, shot in natural light in natural situations.
Working with internal resourcing, comms and facilities teams we asked for volunteers to take part – and we’re surprised with the number of happy volunteers. We’d planned each day with shots needed and and on the day we got all volunteers together – explained the brief and asked them to return at a designated time. It was a huge success and NCR now have a suite of imagery they can use in the future.
