European Careers site

Candidates needed to understand the relationship between Telefónica the parent brand - and o2 the High St brand as it was clear there was confusion in the marketplace. To do this on a European scale Telefónica created a single European careers site with one simple recruitment message.


Known as o2 on the High Street - Telefónica needed to get across to candidates that they were the ‘corporate brand’. The new careers site was a transition from 5 careers sites in in 5 countries to one single site and deliver a consistent candidate experience to European candidates.


The 5 careers site across Europe all had their own messages and their own recruitment system. With the implementation of a global ATS - it was the right time to build one careers site with one clear recruitment message. It was an opportunity to streamline the candidate experience from initial attraction all the way to application.


Working as an onsite project manager – Katrina co-ordinated contributors, influenced stakeholders, managed 3rd parties, contributed to the strategy, made sure the site and the ATS integrated successfully and of course launched the site at the on time.
