Regus were implementing a new ATS – an 'off the shelf’ product with little configuration – we needed to align the look and feel, layout and comms with their newly created recruitment brand.
Why
It would be a real shame to invest in a new recruitment brand, new careers website – if at the critical point of application candidates dropped out of the recruitment process due to confusion – as the new system looked and sounded nothing like the initial attraction.
How
Using the basic ATS layout – we populated the application pages with images to look like the new careers pages and used language that felt human – not system generated. We tried to deliver a consistent experience to the candidate from careers site to ATS. We also wrote and configured (within the ATS) all the candidate comms – mainly emails notifications - making sure they looked and felt human and were easy to follow.
